Senior Procurement Lead – Cladding Projects

Job summary

Lawtech Group Ltd is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement across multiple cladding remediation projects in Great Britain. The role focuses on leading end-to-end procurement, managing high-value packages, and ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules.

You will work with the Commercial Team and regional/project managers to optimise supplier value, drive compliance, and improve procurement processes across live and tender projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process for subcontractor, consultant and specialist supply and fit packages.
• Manage high-value, high-risk and business-critical procurement packages across multiple projects.
• Prepare and issue tender enquiries, analyse quotations, carry out tender comparisons and make recommendations.
• Negotiate package scope, rates, preliminaries, programme requirements and contractual terms to achieve best value.
• Review subcontractor and consultant quotations to ensure scope gaps, exclusions and commercial risks are identified.
• Ensure all procurement packages are awarded in line with approved budgets, procurement schedules and programme requirements.
• Ensure subcontract orders, consultant appointments and associated documentation are issued accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the Commercial Team to ensure procurement decisions align with project budgets, cost plans and commercial strategy.
• Support the Estimating Team with supply chain engagement, benchmark pricing and package comparisons.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, value engineering and improved procurement routes.
• Attend internal meetings, procurement meetings, subcontractor meetings and project review meetings as required.
