Job summary

Mint Selection is looking for a Procurement & Contracts Manager to join a leading renewable energy developer and operator in London. Hybrid working and a competitive package reflect the strategic importance of this role in managing contracts across a UK and European portfolio.

You will drive procurement governance, supplier performance, risk management and contract administration, partnering with engineering, construction and commercial teams to ensure on-time, compliant delivery of major energy

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, contracts management, or commercial management in renewables/infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple contracts across complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, governance, supplier management.
• Experience leading tender processes and contract negotiations.
• Ability to identify and manage contractual/commercial risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience in renewable energy projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a framework for project contracts across the renewable energy portfolio.
• Maintain contract registers, governance procedures, and audit-ready docs.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, and supplier deliverables for compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, project delivery and commercial teams.
• Lead tendering and procurement from supplier selection to contract award.
• Develop procurement strategies and governance policies.
• Conduct supplier due diligence, ESG, and modern slavery reviews.
• Provide management reports and procurement KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Support long-term supplier relationship management and market trend awareness.
