Job summary

Mint Selection | B Corp invites an experienced Senior Pre-Construction Manager to lead the critical phase between Ready-to-Build and Notice to Proceed for major UK renewable energy projects.

In this role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, development, procurement and construction teams, ensuring commercial, technical and operational readiness for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience delivering large-scale renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading pre-construction, commercialisation or delivery phases.
• Knowledge of utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage (BESS) or transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-construction delivery phase from Ready-to-Build through to Notice to Proceed.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure commercial, technical and operational readiness.
• Review contractor proposals, programmes and delivery strategies, identifying interface risks.
• Support contractor selection, procurement activities and contract negotiations.
• Develop project delivery plans, governance frameworks and reporting processes.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and risk throughout the commercialisation phase.
