Our client is a fast-paced manufacturer supplying the UK major retailers with innovative and flavorful products. They are seeking an exceptional Senior NPD Process Technologist to join their dynamic team and advance their career.

The Role
We are looking for a proactive Senior NPD Process Technologist to support the delivery of new and existing products from kitchen concept to factory launch. You will work closely with the NPD team to plan and execute factory trials, ensuring all materials are ordered and paperwork prepared in advance.
You will coordinate with Production, Planning, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure smooth trial execution, capturing key data such as machine settings, weights, mixing methods, and product specifications. You will also manage sample collection for shelf life, nutritionals, and customer approval, ensuring traceability and compliance at all stages.
Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering to understand machine capabilities and settings better.
The Person
We seek a hands-on and motivated Process Technologist with a Food Science or Technology qualification. Previous experience in a similar Process role within the food manufacturing industry is required.
You should have an analytical and practical approach, a desire to achieve results, and drive continuous improvements. Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
