The Company

Our client is a fast-paced manufacturer supplying the UK major retailers with innovative and flavorful products. They are seeking an exceptional Senior NPD Process Technologist to join their dynamic team and further their career. Please note that a UK driving license is essential due to the location.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive Senior NPD Process Technologist to support the development and launch of new and existing products from concept to factory implementation. You will plan and conduct factory trials, coordinate with various teams, and ensure all materials and documentation are prepared in advance. Your responsibilities include capturing key data, managing sample collections, and ensuring compliance and traceability at all stages. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering to understand machine capabilities.

The Person

We seek a hands-on, motivated Process Technologist with a Food Science or Technology qualification and relevant industry experience. You should have an analytical and practical approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
