Job summary

The Mosaic Company is seeking a Superintendent of Process Engineering and Process Control to lead technical engineering activities at the Colonsay potash operation. Based onsite, you will drive process optimization, control system strategy, and continuous improvement across milling operations.

You will manage a team, collaborate with operations and maintenance, and direct automation initiatives using PLC, DCS, and HMI/SCADA platforms to deliver measurable value and safer, more reliable plant

Qualifications

• 8+ years of process engineering experience in mining or heavy industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of process engineers with coaching and mentorship.
• Support milling operations, troubleshoot, and enable production targets.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives including debottlenecking and cost reduction.
• Support capital projects through scoping, design input, commissioning, and post-startup optimization.
• Monitor performance via KPI review and data analysis.
• Develop short and long-term plans to enhance safety, reliability and production.
