Stantec is seeking a Principal Process Engineer to lead technical delivery across UK water and wastewater projects. You will shape process design, calculations and specifications while guiding project teams and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in process engineering within water/wastewater/utilities sectors.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of process engineering solutions across water and wastewater projects.
• Develop and assure process designs, calculations, mass balances, hydraulic assessments and specifications.
• Provide technical direction to project teams and ensure sustainable, client-aligned outcomes.
• Lead projects from concept through detailed design and construction support.
• Mentor engineers and foster knowledge sharing within the Process Engineering team.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and environmental specialists.
