The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in process design and project management. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and oversee pilot and commercial operations. Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in process design, commissioning, and scale-up.
• Strong grasp of unit operations and chemical/physical transformations.
• Ability to analyse plant data and implement continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scale-up journey from lab pilot to commercial demonstration.
• Develop process models and design documents, including PFDs.
• Support commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting of the mini-plant.
