Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manufacturing Process Architect to lead architectural design for process industry facilities from concept through to construction.

You will develop plant layouts, ensure cGMP compliance, and coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and suppliers to deliver efficient, scalable manufacturing spaces. Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in design of process industry facilities across stages from planning to construction.
• Knowledge of cGMP, manufacturing layout and operability considerations.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with NBS software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver process-led solutions for site master planning and construction support.
• Develop manufacturing plant layouts prioritising efficiency and flexibility.
• Coordinate with MEP, civil, structural and architectural teams and clients.
• Provide value engineering and constructability input for projects.
• Lead BIM coordination and ensure interfaces between disciplines.
