Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks a Lead Building Services Engineer to deliver mechanical design for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and process industries. You will establish client requirements and provide engineering solutions from concept through construction, with possible site assignments collaborating with client teams and WSP site activities.

You will lead technical delivery, supervise designers, coordinate with other disciplines, and prepare cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mechanical building services design in pharma/biopharma sectors.
• Ability to lead technical delivery and manage costs, changes and programme.
• Proven track record in supervising designers and engineers.
• Strong coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Mechanical Building Services design solutions meeting project needs.
• Lead as Lead Building Services Engineer, controlling delivery, costs and schedule at all stages.
• Prepare and check design calculations, cost estimates and resource forecasts.
• Support site construction operations and ensure quality/safety procedures.
