Brewer Morris is seeking an experienced private client tax advisory specialist to join our growing team in Leeds. You will lead complex tax planning for entrepreneurs, business owners and high-net-worth clients, guiding strategy from planning to implementation.

Youll work alongside senior advisers, lawyers and other professionals to deliver bespoke solutions and mentor junior staff. The role offers hybrid working, competitive rewards and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• CTA qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Significant experience in private client tax, owner-managed business advisory or personal tax planning.
• Strong technical knowledge across direct taxes including IHT, CGT, Income Tax, CT, Employment Taxes and stamp taxes.
• Experience leading complex advisory projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tax advisory assignments from planning through implementation.
• Provide clear, practical and technically robust tax advice to clients and advisers.
• Identify opportunities to protect and grow client wealth with effective tax planning.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior and mid-level tax professionals.
