Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of private clients.
• Deliver high-quality tax advisory services across complex matters.
• Lead and coordinate advisory projects and deadlines.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to BD initiatives.
• Oversee engagement profitability, budgeting, and WIP management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on transactions and succession planning.
