Job summary

Brewer Morris is seeking an Associate Director in Private Client Tax to lead bespoke tax solutions for a diverse private client portfolio across the Midlands. You will develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and family offices while guiding advisory projects and junior colleagues.

The role offers a collaborative, high‑quality advisory culture with flexible hybrid working and clear progression within a growing Midlands team.

Qualifications

• Strong technical grounding in UK personal tax and private client advisory work.
• Extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and shareholders.
• Proven ability to manage complex advisory projects and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated track record of winning and developing client relationships and generating advisory opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private clients, acting as a trusted adviser and primary point of contact.
• Provide strategic advice on personal tax planning, shareholder matters, business succession and transaction‑related tax issues.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand service offerings.
• Lead the successful delivery of advisory projects from initial scoping through to implementation.
• Mentor, coach and develop members of the wider team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
