My client are looking for an interimSenior Private Sector Housing Officerto join their team and help oversee a period of change. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an evolving service that is starting to signifcantly develop their Private Sector Housing service.

Key Responsabilities:

• Carry out HHSRS and HMO inspections to ensure properties within the borough are adhering to legislation surrounding property conditions.
• Mentor junior members of the team and help them to develop their experience within the job.
• Take enforcement action where necessary, including preparing and serving Civil Penalty Notices
