Job summary

Blacklock Group is seeking an Associate to support evaluation, execution, and management of investments across a diversified portfolio. The role offers exposure to the full deal lifecycle and close collaboration with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams.

You will evaluate opportunities, build financial models, perform due diligence, and assist with exits and value creation initiatives across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience within Investment Banking (M&A, Leveraged Finance, or Industry Coverage), Private Equity, Transaction Services, or a related investment environment
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Experience working on live M&A and financing transactions
• Excellent commercial judgement and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated interest in investing and private equity

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across a range of sectors and business models
