Clark Wood Limited seeks a Personal Tax Senior in St Albans to handle a diverse portfolio combining compliance and advisory work. You will manage Self-Assessment tax returns for individuals, directors, and business owners, and participate in tax planning, IHT, trusts, and private client planning with direct client and HMRC liaison.

The role offers a supportive, professional team environment and opportunities to develop and specialise within private client tax.

Formación

• ATT or CTA qualified (or part-qualified with strong, relevant experience).
• Solid background in personal tax within a practice environment.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and reviewing Self-Assessment tax returns for individuals, directors, and business owners.
• Getting involved in tax planning and advisory projects, including IHT, trusts, and private client planning.
• Building strong relationships by liaising directly with clients and HMRC.
• Managing your own diverse portfolio, delivering a high standard of client service.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping them develop as the next generation of tax talent.
