Job summary

Alford & Bishop is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor for a senior role based in Surrey, South London. The successful candidate will handle a high quality caseload including wills, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, Court of Protection matters, probate, LPAs and elderly client work.

With 5+ years' PQE and a commercially minded, proactive approach, you will also contribute to business development and client relationship management, supporting the growth of the Private Client team in

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in private client law
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills
• STEP qualification would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage a high quality caseload across wills, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, Court of Protection matters, probate, LPAs and elderly client work
• Take an active role in business development and client relationship management
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Private Client practice
