Elite Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-regarded law firm in the UK. The role concentrates on Wills, Probate and estate administration, offering autonomy within a supportive team.

You will manage a varied caseload, provide expert advice to clients, and ensure compliance in all files while contributing to business development and client care. A strong, organised candidate with 2+ years PQE and experience in Wills and Probate is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in Private Client work.
• Proven experience handling Wills and Probate matters independently.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident IT user with experience of case management systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage a full caseload of Wills, Probate and estate administration matters.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients in person and over the phone.
• Progress files efficiently in line with compliance and internal procedures.
• Handle billing processes, including invoicing and recovery of disbursements.
• Maintain excellent client care and professional standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider team.
• Support business development and contribute to department growth.
