Job summary

Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in Weybridge is expanding its Private Client team and seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join a busy, supportive department.

You will advise on Wills, probate, estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney, manage a caseload, and work with senior fee earners on complex matters where required.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise and client care skills within a growing Private Client practice.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years PQE in private client law.
• Experience advising on Wills, probate, and LPAs.
• Ability to manage a caseload and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on Wills, estate planning, probate and LPAs.
• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and related documents.
• Progressing probate applications and estate administration.
• Opening, maintaining and closing client files in line with procedures.
