Job summary

Eventus Legal in Skegness, Lincolnshire, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy department in a respected multi-service firm. This full-time role offers a salary up to £60,000, depending on experience, with hybrid working after probation and free staff parking.

You will handle complex probate matters, wills, LPAs and estate administration, supervise junior fee earners, and contribute to department development with a view to future leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in private client matters incl. probate.
• Ability to manage complex caseload independently.
• Capable of leading and mentoring junior staff.
• Motivated for future leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage private client matters independently with focus on complex probate.
• Handle varied caseload including wills, probate, LPAs, estate administration.
• Contribute to development of the private client department.
• Provide oversight and support to junior fee earners and paralegals.
