Job summary

Legal Talent Partners in West London are recruiting a Senior Private Client Solicitor to take over an established practice from a retiring Partner. The role is office-based initially with hybrid working available after six months, offering a salaried arrangement and potential progression to Partnership.

You will manage wills, probate, trusts, LPAs and provide advice to individuals and families, supported by a paralegal.

Qualifications

• The candidate is a qualified solicitor with at least five years’ private client experience.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong track record as a fee earner.
• Empathetic, commercially minded, and client‑facing service.
• Interest in a long-term role contributing to department growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad private client caseload including wills, probate, trusts and LPAs.
• Provide general advice to individuals and families.
• Work with and supervise a dedicated paralegal.
• Support succession planning and potential route to Partnership.
