Job summary

One to One Personnel Limited seeks a Senior Private Client Solicitor in Chelmsford to lead a private client caseload with minimal supervision. You will handle Wills, Probate, LPAs and Court of Protection matters, delivering clear guidance and maintaining high client care.

With at least five years PQE, you will own matters end-to-end, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to firm growth through referrals and exemplary client service.

Qualifications

• Five years' PQE in private client work.
• Strong technical knowledge and independent caseload management.
• Ability to explain legal issues in plain English and guide clients through sensitive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload including Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Take ownership of matters from instruction through to completion.
• Prepare and review legal documents, maintain files, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through face-to-face and remote appointments.
• Share expertise and support junior colleagues.
• Contribute to team objectives and department growth through referrals and networking.
