Basildon law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its busy team, focusing on non-contentious Wills, Probate and Trusts. The role involves handling a full Private Client caseload with client-centered advice and a commitment to high standards of regulatory compliance.

The successful solicitor will contribute to department development, build client relationships, and support junior team members within a collaborative Basildon environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong experience in Wills, Probate and Trusts.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full Private Client caseload independently.
• Advise on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Trusts.
• Draft Wills, LPAs and other legal documents.
• Oversee estate administration from start to finish.
• Maintain compliant records and robust client care.
