Job summary

Artemis Human Capital is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ PQE for a role based on the North Coast (Coleraine / Limavady). The successful candidate will handle a high-quality private client caseload, including wills, probate and estate planning, with opportunities to work on complex and high-value estates.

You will advise business owners and families, manage client relationships, and collaborate with a wider professional network to support succession planning and asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in private client work
• Experience across wills, probate and estate planning
• Experience handling high-value estates and clients
• Ability to manage private client caseload and build client relationships
• Experience with Enduring Powers of Attorney and controllership matters

Responsibilities

• Draft wills and provide bespoke estate planning advice.
• Advise on inheritance tax and tax-efficient estate planning.
• Manage asset and business protection initiatives.
• Handle lifetime gifting and succession planning for clients.
• Prepare and register Enduring Powers of Attorney and handle related matters.
• Oversee probate and administration of estates, including complex cases.
