Job summary

A solicitor is sought by a leading Belfast law firm to join the Private Client team, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and personal representatives on a broad range of private client matters.

The role involves wills, trusts, succession planning, family investment structures, asset protection, and incapacity-related planning, with support for probate and estate administration, including contentious matters when disputes arise.

• 1+ years of PQE in private client matters.

The successful candidate will join a Private Client team advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and personal representatives on a broad range of private client matters.

The position also includes assisting with probate, estate and trust administration, and advising on contentious private client matters where disputes arise in relation to estates, trusts or family wealth arrangements.
