The Role

Due to expansion, the firm seeks a Senior Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their successful Private Client department in Whitstable, Kent.

The Private Client department is among the largest in Kent, offering a clear internal progression path. The firm's emphasis on work-life balance, internal growth, and quality of work contributes to a low turnover rate.

You'll be handling a range of private client matters including; drafting wills, documents, deeds, and letters; providing estate and tax (particularly inheritance tax) planning advice; guiding lay executors through estate administration, and managing estates where the firm acts as professional executor; offering advice on trusts, preparing and registering LPAs.

You'll have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, supported by excellent secretarial assistance, and work on an engaging and varied caseload within a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ PQE)
