SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - Partnership, HOD

SOUTHEND-ON-SEA, ESSEX

£70,000 - £85,000

QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Senior Private Client Associate with scope for joint HOD and/or Partnership at a well-established law firm in Southend, Essex.

The successful candidate will join this leading law firm, working with a high-net-worth client base built over decades, alongside a great team to oversee.

It is important that the candidate be at Senior Associate level if possible, with some managerial experience.

The ideal candidate must:
  • Have 6+ years post-qualification experience in a relevant area of practice
  • Be experienced in handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax
  • Possess a private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE (ideal)
Personal attributes:
  • A client-centered focus with proactive relationship management
  • A can-do, motivated, and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
