Senior Private Client Solicitor

A Wiltshire law firm requires a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a fantastic Private Client team in the firm's Swindon office. The role will enable the Senior Private Client Solicitor to have an autonomous role with an opportunity to influence the development of the team through providing support and development whilst delivering high-quality work to a wide range of clients.

The successful Senior Private Client Solicitor will manage a varied and often technically challenging caseload, advising and drafting Wills, from simple to complex forms, Probate, Estate Administration, Elderly Client matters, Care Home Fees, Court of Protection, LPAs, and Deputyships.

Ideally, the successful Solicitor will have strong post-qualification experience and will benefit from a hybrid working pattern. The firm promotes a healthy work/life balance culture and offers excellent career prospects.
