Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor / Partner for its Sevenoaks, Kent area. The role targets Senior Associate or Partner level with 10+ PQE in private client matters.

The successful candidate will join a respected, Legal 500-ranked firm known for high-net-worth private client work and an established regional presence. You will build relationships, lead client matters, and contribute to the growth of the department.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Private Client PQE.
• Established client and referrer network across Sevenoaks, Kent or surrounding region.

Responsibilities

• Advise on wills, succession and tax planning, trusts, probate and estate administration.
• Handle lasting powers of attorney and wider elderly client matters.
• Develop and leverage a private client network in Sevenoaks and Kent.
• Contribute to the department's growth and future direction.
