Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment represents a large international firm in Birmingham seeking a Private Client Senior Associate (5 PQE). The role sits in a small, bespoke Private Client team with access to the resources of a global platform, offering autonomy and clear progression.

You will lead on estate planning, succession and wealth preservation for high net worth clients, coordinating with accountants, tax advisers, trustees and HMRC, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising high net worth individuals on estate planning, succession and wealth preservation.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Advise high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals on estate planning, succession and wealth preservation, taking strategic ownership of matters.
• Coordinate with accountants, tax advisers, trustees and HMRC to deliver joined up advice.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and develop client relationships in the Birmingham market.
