This is a genuine pathway to Partnership, with autonomy to shape strategy, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development while handling complex wills, trusts and estate planning for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ PQE in Private Client law.
• Proven track record in bringing in work and building client relationships.
• Experience with leading teams or senior leadership responsibilities.
• Ambition to progress toward Partnership and contribute to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a private client practice in Redhill.
• Bring own clients and drive business development.
• Mentor junior lawyers and shape team growth.
