Chadwick Nott seeks an experienced Senior Paralegal to join its Trusts & Estates team in Northampton. You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior fee earners on complex matters, with networking and client relationship opportunities.

The role offers high‑quality private client work in a supportive regional firm environment, with prospects for career progression within a respected Trusts & Estates practice.

Formación

• 2–3 years' experience in a busy Trusts & Estates or Private Client team.
• Experience handling estate administration and trust matters.
• Strong drafting and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional and personable communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a caseload of Trusts & Estates matters.
• Estate and trust administration.
• Preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Drafting estate and trust accounts.
• Assisting senior solicitors with complex matters.
• Supporting and supervising trainees.
• Using case management systems and online research tools.
• Meeting clients in the office, at home, or in hospital settings.
• Assisting with business development and networking activities.
