Job summary

Trethowans LLP in Winchester seeks an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Lawyer with 5+ PQE to join our Private Client team. You will manage a broad range of private client matters and contribute to business development and network growth in the Winchester region.

The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise across private client work, excellent client relationships, and an established referrer network, plus a commercially minded, proactive approach to growing the practice.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Lawyer with 5+ years' PQE.
Strong technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters.
Excellent client relationship and business development skills.
Established network of professional contacts and referrers.
Commercially minded, proactive and driven to grow the practice.

Responsibilities

Manage a broad range of private client matters including wills, estate planning, trusts, probate and LPA.
Develop and maintain client relationships and act as a senior member in business development.
Contribute to marketing and referral networks to grow Trethowans' Winchester presence.
Provide guidance to junior lawyers and share expertise within the team.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, client-focused service.
