Job summary

Trethowans LLP is seeking a private client lawyer at Associate, Senior Associate or Junior Partner level to join our growing team in Southampton. You will handle wills, estate planning, probate and related matters for a diverse client base across the region.

The role requires 3+ years' PQE, strong technical expertise in private client matters, and excellent client relationship skills. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to business development and firm growth.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues across the firm, contribute to business development activities, and help strengthen Trethowans' presence across Southampton and the wider Hampshire market.

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Lawyer with 3+ years' PQE
• Have strong technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters
• Demonstrate excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Be commercially minded, proactive and enthusiastic about developing their career
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a successful and supportive team
• Have an interest in business development and building professional relationships
