Trethowans is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Lawyer with 3+ PQE to join the Private Client team in Southampton. You will handle high-quality private client work and contribute to business development within a growing regional firm.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Lawyer with 3+ years' PQE.
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of private client matters.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and enthusiastic about developing their career.
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a successful and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of private client matters, including wills and estate planning, trust creation and administration, probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm and contribute to business development.
• Help strengthen the Private Client team's presence in Southampton and the wider Hampshire market.
