Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Senior Associate to lead and expand the Bristol private client offering with the full backing of a national brand.

You’ll handle a broad range of private client matters for high net worth individuals, including wills, trusts, probate, and wealth protection, with cross-border exposure. The role offers hybrid working and a platform to shape the team and client base.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Private Client (around 5+ PQE) including wills, trusts, succession and estates
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and high-net-worth clients, potentially with cross-border exposure
• Leadership mindset with a drive to build, mentor, influence and grow the Bristol offering

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad range of private client matters: wills, estate planning, and succession for high-net-worth individuals and business owners
• Oversee trust creation and administration, including cross-border structures
• Manage complex probate and estate administration, including agricultural, landed, and business assets
• Develop tax and wealth protection strategies for high-value clients
• Engage in Court of Protection and capacity matters and, if interested, contentious trusts and probate with internal support
