Executive Network Legal Limited is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor (Partner) in Bristol. The role targets a senior lawyer with 8+ years' PQE to lead and shape a growing private wealth practice, with autonomy and influence in client and referrer development.

You will handle wills, estate planning, probate and administration, trusts, and estate planning, while contributing to business development and the strategic growth of the team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE in private client matters.
• Experience managing your own caseload and advising clients independently.
• Strong client relationships and business development skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload including wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration.
• Provide advice on trusts, inheritance tax planning, lasting powers of attorney and related private wealth matters.
• Develop relationships with clients and referrers to grow the practice and contribute to strategic direction.
