Job summary

JJ SEARCH LIMITED is seeking a Senior Client Services Executive to join a high-performing Relationship Management team within a prestigious Private Bank in London. You will handle client queries on account opening, trading, payments, lending and investment administration.

The role requires 5+ years’ client services experience in private banking or wealth management, strong MS Office skills, and CRM experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client services within private banking or wealth management.
• Willingness to complete the IAD if not already achieved.
• Experience in client administration, including payments and updating client records.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• CRM experience is advantageous; training will be provided.
• Clear ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle client queries on day-to-day account opening, trading on portfolios, payments and lending, and investment administration.
• Process asset transfers and address change requests; resolve online access issues.
• Assemble documentation for client meetings and maintain private client files.
• Data-inputting in the CRM system and ensuring accuracy of information.
• Monitor transfers of cash and assets and report weekly funds.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and ensure compliance with standards.
