Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Client Services or Client Support in an Investment Management company or Private Bank.
• Strong MS Office skills; Account opening experience beneficial; CRM experience advantageous.
• Customer-focused with an outstanding service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deal with international client queries including account opening, trading, and payments.
• Monitor transfers of cash and assets to and from client accounts.
• Assemble documentation for Client Meetings and maintain client files.
