WSP is seeking a Senior/Principal Traffic Signals Engineer to lead design delivery across local and national projects. Flexible base options include Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, and more, with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of traffic signal design across lifecycle stages.
• Experience with LinSig, SCOOT and MOVA design/validation.
• Contract document preparation or administration/site supervision.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D and KeySignals.
• Excellent client/stakeholder management and communication.
• Familiarity with Designers Duties under CDM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery of traffic signal design projects.
• Manage multi-discipline inputs and project budgets.
• Liaise with clients and develop trusted relationships.
• Provide project technical lead and reviewer support.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee design packages.
