Job summary
Q5 seeks a senior leader to head the delivery of high-impact engagements in People Performance, spanning talent strategy, culture transformation and leadership development for major client programmes in the UK. You will shape propositions, lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams and build trusted relationships with senior HR and business leaders.
Balance of activities is ~70% client delivery; ~30% business development, with a focus on growth through new opportunities, cross-selling with other Q5
Qualifications
- Significant experience in talent, culture transformation and leadership work delivering engagements.
- Experience working with C-suite leaders on talent and leadership challenges.
- Exposure to commercial environments, including account growth or revenue contribution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex client engagements.
- Lead engagements in talent strategy, culture transformation, talent, team effectiveness and leadership development.
- Act as senior day-to-day client lead on major projects, building trusted advisor relationships.
- Ensure programmes deliver measurable impact and align to client strategy.
- Mentor and coach consultants, supporting onboarding and upskilling.
- Contribute to scalable delivery capability and continuous improvement.
