WSP's Sustainable Water Management Team in the UK is looking for Senior and Principal Hydrologists to deliver and lead flood risk projects across the UK. You will work alongside fluvial and pluvial modelling specialists, contribute to nationally important studies and guide the development of junior hydrologists.

This is an opportunity to take a visible role in our national hydrology capability, influence major infrastructure projects and help drive innovation across the flood risk sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering hydrology studies using UK standard methods.
• Experience undertaking hydrology reviews for statutory bodies.
• Chartered status or working toward chartership.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership for flood hydrology using statistical, ReFH and other UK standard methods.
• Deliver hydrology studies for complex catchments and challenging datasets.
• Mentor and support junior hydrologists in developing their skills.
• Contribute to business development and proposal preparation.
• Manage project delivery including commercial, financial and programme elements.
