Job summary

Align Property Partners is seeking a Senior Principal Estates Surveyor to provide strategic leadership across our Estates services for national UK clients, reporting to the Technical Director of Estates. The role focuses on standards, assurance, and shaping service delivery while guiding a team to deliver high-quality work.

You will help develop people, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to Align's ongoing growth and success as a trusted adviser in estates consultancy.

Location: Durham / Hybrid - (3 office / 2 home)

As our Senior Principal Surveyor, you will support the Technical Director of Estates in providing strategic leadership across our Estates services being provided for our national UK clients. You will help to set professional standards, guide technical assurance and create the conditions for the team to deliver high-quality and compliant work. This role focuses on shaping our service, developing our people, and strengthening client relationships, while overseeing project delivery at a strategic level and contributing to the continued growth and success of Align.
