We are looking for driven individuals who think differently and love to challenge conventional thinking to join us in a growing, collaborative team of likeminded engineers working to meet industry-wide efficiency and environmental challenges.
Currently, we are seeking a Senior or Principal Environmental Adviser / Scientist to join us, ideally in our Newcastle, Leeds, or Reading office. We are open to considering applicants from elsewhere in the UK and are willing to consider part-time working for suitable candidates. This role offers significant growth prospects and is a great opportunity to join an ambitious team with scope for career progression.
You will support the delivery of project environmental objectives and targets, assisting the EIA and environmental management teams by conducting environmental planning reports, EIAs, environmental management studies, and audits. You will also be responsible for managing environmental and sustainability issues.
You should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Science, or Environmental Planning accredited by CIWEM, IEMA, or RTPI. Demonstrable experience as an Environmental Advisor is essential, along with knowledge of EIAs, environmental management studies, audits, and data analysis using GIS. Knowledge of ecology, flood risk, town planning, or water resources would be advantageous.
