Role Responsibilities

1. Utilize energy modelling tools including IES, Nabers Design, CIBSE TM54, and LEED energy models.
2. Provide expertise in energy modelling and building performance strategies.
3. Advise on building strategies that maximize passive design principles.
4. Conduct thermal modelling, including daylight, overheating, and thermal comfort assessments.

Candidate Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong experience with energy modelling software such as IES and Nabers Design.
3. Knowledge and experience using ApacheHVAC.
4. Ability to advise on passive design strategies.
5. Competency in thermal modelling for daylight, overheating, and thermal comfort.
