One of London’s leading M&E Design consultancies is seeking an IES Thermal Modeller for a remote contract. The role involves:

• Modelling work in IES to ensure compliance with Part L, TM59, TM52, and BREEAM standards.
• Thermal Bridging Measurements for SAP.
• Collaborating with the Sustainability Team on planning submissions, design for compliance, and ventilation design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team and engineers to understand project briefs and undertake modelling work.
• Provide design solutions aligned with client and project requirements.
• Generate IES models by undertaking geometry and system inputs for various developments.
• Assess compliance with Part L, TM52, and TM59 Overheating criteria.
• Follow procedures to generate models and documentation.
• Utilize IES, Microsoft Office, and other approved software.
