Access have partnered with an award winning environmental consultancy who are expanding their ecology team based in Brighton. Our client is searching for a Senior or Principal Ecological Consultant who is motivated, ambitious and passionate about delivering excellent projects. Our client has established themselves as a trusted multi-disciplinary consultancy in the UK market and plans continued growth in the coming years, with workload and projects increasing in recent years.

Our client expects the successful applicant to plan, resource and lead surveys, produce reports and liaise with clients. With the consultancy's growing number of projects, our client is seeking a Senior or Principal Ecological Consultant who can assist other team members on all projects and become proficient in their consultancy skills, as well as answer technical related questions regarding BNG. The successful applicant should also have an understanding of legislation and details of mitigation.

The perfect candidate must have:

• 4/5 years of consultancy experience
• CIEEM
• The right to live and work in the UK.
• Experience in regular client/business interaction
