A specialist consultancy is seeking a Senior or Principal Drainage Engineer to join their Christchurch office, supporting a growing portfolio of infrastructure projects. This is a strong opportunity to contribute to high-quality, integrated design solutions across drainage, flood risk, and broader infrastructure sectors.

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, or related field (2:1 or above)
5+ years' UK experience in drainage and flood risk for highways/residential projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroDrainage/Flow, Civil 3D
Strong report writing, client liaison, and stakeholder engagement skills
Chartered or working toward chartered status
Duties:
Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies
Design drainage and infrastructure levels using industry standard software
Manage clients, liaise with third parties, and represent the company at meetings
Undertake site visits and support environmental reporting
Help mentor junior staff and contribute to business growth
Location: Christchurch, Dorset (must be able to reliably commute or relocate)
