Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Class 2 and 3 Building Inspectors to join our team. We operate a hybrid model, typically 3 days in the office or on-site and 2 days at home, depending on site visit and client meeting needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Undertaking plan checks submitted for Building Regulation approval.
  2. Conducting site visits, preparing reports, witnessing tests (a full, valid driving license is essential).
  3. Attending meetings with clients and design teams to provide professional advice regarding building control work.
  4. Using management systems and complying with the Quality Management system.
  5. Operating within the project’s commercial requirements, including costs and schedules.
Candidate Requirements
  • A qualified and experienced expert committed to excellence.

  • Strong technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive in client relationships and delivering outstanding service.
  • Accreditation such as RICS, CABE, CIOB, or similar.
