Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice working towards non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner or ACP status may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and support policy and procedures.
